Harry K. Gandhi is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of H. K. Gandhi, a boutique immigration firm delivering high-quality, results-driven legal services across the United States. With dual citizenship in the U.S. and Canada and OCI status in India, Harry brings a global perspective to every case.

He focuses his practice on employment-based and investor immigration, while also representing clients in asylum, family-based, and removal proceedings. Harry has successfully guided clients through a range of complex immigration matters, including EB-5 investments, H-1B and O-1 visas, PERM labor certifications, and humanitarian relief.

Prior to founding the firm, Harry worked at top immigration practices in Washington State and San Francisco, gaining experience in both transactional and litigation-based immigration law. He has appeared before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and has handled high-stakes asylum and deportation matters with precision and care.
